Most people start with a 90-minute reading before moving into ongoing work. It’s not required, but it means we hit the ground running — I already know your chart, you already know how I work, and we can spend our ongoing sessions going deeper rather than starting from scratch.
If you’re ready to jump straight into a package, reach out first and we’ll have a quick conversation to make sure it’s the right fit. I’m selective about who I take on for ongoing work — not because I’m precious about it, but because this kind of work only succeeds when there’s real alignment between what you need and what I can offer.
Once we’re underway, our monthly sessions are scheduled in advance. Check-ins happen organically between sessions — you reach out when something comes up and I respond, usually within a day or two. I’ll also be checking in on your chart and when I see something you need a heads up on, I’ll let you know. It’s a real working relationship, not a transactional one. I’ve got your back on timing, opportunities, sticky situations, etc.
